Matt Medford has over 12 years of combat and peacetime operations, project, security, safety, and risk management Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom & Operation Inherent Resolve. In addition to military commitments, Matt has 12 plus years' experience as operational management for Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection Services with key roles in Sales, Safety and Management.
James Medford, Founder, Sr. Exec. VP/COO
James Medford has 42 years' Oil & Gas Experience in Construction, Fabrication, Welding, Repairs, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Inspection of Sub Sea, Topside Equipment, Pipelines, Fabrication Facilities, Pipe Mills, Machine Shops, Offshore Platforms, Construction/Field Sites and Coating Mills/Job Shops.

Gregory Hartwig has 38 years’ experience in Aerospace and Oil & Gas in Construction, Fabrication, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Inspection of Sub Sea, Topside Equipment, Pipelines, Fabrication Facilities, Pipe Mills, Machine Shops, Offshore Platforms, Construction/Field Sites and Coating Mills/Job Shops.

Director, Veterans Employment and Transition (VET) Program
Ken Hacker has 20+ years of combat and peacetime operations, project, security, safety, and risk management plus security, risk assessment and mitigation. He has robust skills in personnel management, asset management, and quality control spanning a the full array of logistical, ground, aviation, and administrative levels. Ken has over 3 years' experience in the Oil and Gas field with successful roles in safety, training, compliance, HR, and project management.
Conrad Liles, VP/Health and Safety/Human Resources
Conrad Liles has 22 years of Safety, Compliance, and Emergency Response Experience including: Oil and Gas Facilities, Pipelines, and Right of Ways, Public Utility Construction, OSHA Compliance, DOT Compliance (PHMSA and FMCSA), Injury and Case Management, Risk Identification and Analysis, Incident Investigations, SME for Occupational Health and Safety, Equipment Operator Certification, and Asset Maintenance.
